Wearable Solutions for Knee Pain Relief
This study evaluated the effectiveness of compression sleeves in managing knee osteoarthritis and post-surgical recovery. Results demonstrated significant improvements in pain relief, mobility, and joint stability, supporting the use of non-invasive therapies for long-term care.
AI-Driven Motion Analysis for Knee Rehabilitation
The MAI Knee Project leveraged artificial intelligence and motion capture to assess knee movement patterns. It provided clinicians with data-driven insights to personalise rehabilitation programmes, ensuring faster recovery and reducing re-injury risks.
Injectable Hydrogel for Long-Lasting Pain Relief
This follow-up study examined the use of Arthrosamid, an injectable hydrogel, for patients with knee osteoarthritis. Results showed sustained pain reduction and functional improvements, offering a minimally invasive alternative for managing chronic joint pain.
Harnessing Regenerative Therapies for Joint Repair
This project explored the potential of micro-fragmented fat (mFat) and stem cell therapies to promote cartilage regeneration and joint healing. The findings highlighted the promise of regenerative medicine in delaying or even avoiding joint replacement surgery.
